Founder & Managing Director, 33 Sport Management
Gustavo brings over 20 years of experience in event execution, hospitality, and strategic partnerships across the global sports landscape. Based in New York City, he spent nearly a decade at the USTA, where he led national initiatives and delivered impactful experiences at the US Open. His background includes work with the United Nations, top academies, and player development programs around the world.
Most recently, Gustavo joined FIFA to support operations for the Club World Cup. He holds a Master’s in Sport Management from St. John’s University and is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s in Hospitality Management at Cornell University.
As the founder of 33 Sport Management, Gustavo combines hands-on expertise with a global vision—bringing together sports, hospitality, and education to create lasting impact on and off the court.
